Safety
Crane operations are statistically among the most dangerous operations performed at a construction site. The obstacles to safe crane operations are numerous. They include mechanical failures, human errors, communication errors, job site hazards (electrical and gas), among others.
We have developed a written safety program for all operators to participate in. We have monthly safety meetings where we systematically review job site hazards and the correct way to deal with them.
We have a certified crane operator trainer on staff. Our operators have all undergone certification training and testing procedures. All operators are either already approved as NCCCO operators or are NCCCO candidates.
All operators are randomly drug tested and their driving records are periodically reviewed. Boulder Valley Crane Service is rated in the top category by our general liability insurance carrier and by Pinnacol Assurance.
We have established our safety program to prevent accidents and to work with our customers safety programs. We offer on-site training in crane safety for our customers personnel when requested. If safety is also your number one priority, you will appreciate all the hard work we have done to make our customers' safety our number one priority. |
